for reference:
I have tried importing to maya and exporting .dae from there, but the same problem occurs. (in blender, the exported .dae appears upside down, whereas in maya, it has the same bug in the animation but will load the right side up.)

Files are all included so you can fully see what I've done, and where I may have made any mistakes. This is my first real attempt at rigging, so its likely the mistake is something done along those lines.

If you do fine where I have made a mistake, please let me know and tell me how to correct it.
